As an athlete you need to perform in an ever increasing physical demanding environment. You can’t risk a slow start of the season, and you definitely need to avoid injuries early on. The first month is when it gets decided if you’re leading the pack, or being forced to chase the leader. You decide.

So this 2019 off-season, I’m opening up my agenda again for individual or 2-person sessions.

For who:

Senior and youth level athletes (professional/semi-professional) in football (soccer), hockey, volleybal, tennis, basketball, athletics or individual sports.

What you get:

  • Together with you, we’ll decide your game plan and build your sessions around developing Strength, Speed, Agility, Explosivity and Stamina.
  • To maximize your efforts and results, Nutrition coaching is added.
  • Indoor & outdoor training. Think beach, urban, nature and gym.
